Bosco Verticale
Bosco Verticale has been awarded the most beautiful skyscraper in the world by the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat in Chicago. In addition to over 800 trees and 4,000 shrubs planted on the terraces, the construction is distinguished by the highest engineering and environmental standards. These features of sustainability, as well as the energy efficiency of the buildings, have enabled the LEED GOLD environmental certification to be obtained. Coima XXI acted as Co-investor of the project.
